These one-of-a-kind earrings were designed and handcrafted by Tjaša Petrič Cvet in 14k yellow gold, set with deep red garnets and blue sapphires.
"While working on the design, I kept returning to the elegance of the Art Deco period — an era where jewelry balanced architectural precision with a bold sense of glamour. That combination of refinement and confidence has always fascinated me."
 
The rich red garnets are the natural focal point, while the suspended blue sapphires introduce movement and contrast. Together they create a composition that feels both structured and expressive.

Each element was shaped by hand using traditional goldsmithing tools — saws, files and careful polishing — allowing the form to evolve slowly during the making process.
The result is a pair of earrings that carries both the discipline of geometry and the warmth of handcraft.

Ta unikaten par uhanov je zasnovala in ročno izdelala Tjaša Petrič Cvet iz 14-karatnega rumenega zlata ter ga dopolnila z granati in modrimi safirji.
Med ustvarjanjem sem se večkrat vračala k eleganci obdobja Art Deco — času, ko je nakit združeval arhitekturno natančnost z drzno glamuroznostjo. Prav ta preplet prefinjenosti in samozavestnega značaja me pri tem obdobju vedno znova navdušuje.
Globoko rdeča granata sta naravna poudarka kompozicije, medtem ko viseča modra safirja vanjo vnašata gibanje in kontrast. Skupaj ustvarjata obliko, ki deluje hkrati strukturirano in izrazno.
Nakit iz obdobja Art Deco je pogosto nosil tiho dramatičnost — bil je sofisticiran, a hkrati drzen. Prav ta duh je vodil nastanek teh uhanov. Zame to obdobje v nakit prinaša tudi posebno romantiko: vzdušje gledališč, večerne svetlobe in eleganco nekega drugega časa.
Vsak element je bil oblikovan ročno, s tradicionalnimi zlatarskimi orodji — žagico, pilami in skrbnim poliranjem — zato se je končna oblika razvijala počasi skozi sam proces izdelave.
Rezultat je par uhanov, ki združuje geometrijsko natančnost in toplino ročnega dela.
