These sales terms define the rights and obligations of customers when ordering products available on blingofbloom.com, as well as the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer (the sales contract).

Product information (descriptions, photos, etc.) is for illustrative purposes only. Minor color or pattern variations may occur. The provider reserves the right to make minor product description changes without prior notice.

All offers are subject to stock and time limitations. Stock quantities displayed online are for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.

For items in stock, delivery time is 3–5 business days.
For custom-made items or products ordered through the configurator, delivery time is 10–14 business days.
If any changes occur, customers will be notified.

Prices and Taxes

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping and handling costs are not included in product prices and are shown at checkout before confirming the order.

Available payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Bank transfer to the account of Tjaša Petrič Cvet s.p. upon receiving a pro forma invoice or quotation

All payments made through our system are secure and comply with current security standards.

Order Cancellation

After submitting an order, the user receives an email confirmation of receipt.
The user may cancel the order before receiving an email notification that the shipment has been dispatched.
To cancel, the user must send an email containing their full name, address, order number, and order date.
The subject line should read: ORDER CANCELLATION followed by the order number provided in the confirmation email.

Withdrawal and Returns

For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal is considered timely if the notice is sent within the 14-day period.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Upon withdrawal, the company will refund all received payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the consumer requests otherwise and incurs no additional costs.

For sales contracts, the provider may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided.

Custom Orders

For items made specifically to order, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Warranty Claims

In the event of product non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to request a replacement or refund.
The seller must ensure product conformity within 30 days, with a possible extension of up to 15 days.

The consumer may choose between repair or replacement unless:

  • fulfilling the selected claim is impossible, or

  • the claim would impose disproportionate costs on the seller.

The seller may refuse a warranty claim if both repair and replacement are impossible or would incur disproportionate costs.

Returned products should be clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please include your bank account number (IBAN) so that the refund can be processed within 30 days of withdrawal.
Cash refunds are not possible.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and items must be returned undamaged.
